"The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I was lied to regarding rates, appointments that were confirmed with Ricardo were missed, horrible communication (when you can actually get a hold of them). Ricardo is nonexistent except for an email response here and there. Office refuses to give you a direct number to Ricardo. This was the worst mistake I made moving to this Agency."
